STRANGE BUMPS IN THE UPPER PART OF GLANS

hi all, for about 2 years I have these bumps near the meatus of the penis, totally painless, sometimes they increase in number but they do not bother me, they arose in a period in which I had not had sexual intercourse for about 4 years, so I do not think are due to a sexually transmitted disease, the urologist said that according to him they are pearly papules, but on the internet I have not seen anything like this, according to you what they are, please help me!

Hi
Do you have other symptoms? Does this appeared after infection or masturbation/sex?

I have no other symptoms, only a few times the glans is a bit dry, they have grown in a period where I have not had sexual intercourse

Same to me, dryness and strange texture. I was afraid it was a kind of hidden HPV or a form of lichen disease like lichen planus

The problem is that doctors don't know what this is and they refuse to do a biopsy, don't honestly know why. I will go to a last one as soon as I can.

Maybe a good urologist, cause dermatologists seems to live in a dreamland

Someone said to me too that this could be PPP, no one talked about HPV, but I suspected something similar, but my partner seems to be clean.
My situation started for sure with a terrible yeast infection in 2019. After that, my skin became way more dry, slowly, and terrible dry after the use of a steroid cream, but honestly I'm so confused, since after 13 doctors, no one seems to help for real. Do you have dryness too?

Very similar to mine so, but at the moment, I don't have a proper diagnosis nor a cure.
