Strange corona sulcus skin errosion

Hello. I've had a very distressing accident that I still can't wrap my head around. It happened like 5 months ago. I got multiple rashes during sex. Part of my glans skin peeled off. I tried to treat myself at home, asked my family doctor for advice. He prescribed me triderm cream. I used it for a couple of days, then stopped in distress after finding out about the effect of steroid creams... got a little panicked, tried using Sudocream just once following some family member advice that just had a baby, because I found it too sticky. I asked at the pharmacy for some creams because I was starting to have very dry skin, probably after triderm. They gave me a cream Cicaplast baume b5...I used it for 1 night and it felt wrong.

The following week I tried to let it heal by itself, got told by multiple ppl to stop being so stressed about it and stop checking, and not wash too often. I showered the zone like 2 times a day, but all the skin was getting very irritated and dry, I tried to keep it hydrated with droplets of water, I used that Cicaplast cream again for a couple of hours after 2 days... everything was getting out of hand, but I tried to manage it until the appointment to the dermatologist the next Monday. On Saturday I used a cream named Lipikar from Roche posay following the dermatologist counseling.

On Sunday though, things were looking very bad. I think some white residue was building up, or the skin had problems, because the skin under the glans was looking very white and sick. I washed it more aggressively in panic and it stinged me. I think part of the skin of the coronal sulcus peeled off, no bleeding...now it's all healed up thanks to the dermatologist, but I think that peeled off skin layer was too deep, and that area is not recovering anymore.

The stinging went away, but there is constant pain to the touch and intercourse is painful, radiating downward from that area. I've got checked negative for all kinds of STDs, went abstinent for the last 3 months...but the pain persists, even to the slightest touch.

I'll post 2 photos 1 from the side showing the texture the whole area used to have and 1 showing the thinner skin of the 'erosion' under the glans. Any help would be appreciated.
