hi, every now ans then, when i am just dosing off my brain has this weird feeling as if it is shutting down with an electrical fault, this immediately after this i wake up with a fast heartbeat and tingle feeling through my arms. sounds strange, but i dont know how else to describe it.
i also get mild dull head aches often.
does anyone have any idea what this feeling is?
