Strange Feeling in Chest

I'm not really sure how to explain what feeling it is but, when I twist my torso, on my left side it feels like my sternum(?) and rib cage(?) are kind of rubbing together - sorry I cant pinpoint exactly where the feeling is coming from, its not something I like to repeat doing - along with the sound of something rubbing together as well.. not a loud noise at all but I can hear it. It doesn't hurt but the sensation of it goes through me and sometimes it makes me have yo catch my breath which.

Any ideas what is or if it's something normal?
