Strange feelings around anxiety

Hi to anyone reading this,

I've been experiencing a problem where after an period of more acute anxiety and/or having a panic attack (or multiple) I feel plagued by this strange sort of feeling in the back of my head, that just makes me feel ever so slightly off, and if I pay attention to it I start to worry that I will always feel slightly off, or that I will never actually get better and will feel anxious and like I don't exist (as I often do during my panic attacks) for the rest of my life

I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through the same,, I'm worried that I'm broken or there truly is something worse than just anxiety causing these feelings

thank you so much to anyone who replies

yes, I have had that feeling of being slightly off and usually before that I will have a sudden pressure in my head. Even had moments where for a few seconds I can’t think clearly. sometimes I will also get other anxiety sensations. I hate that when it happens. in the past I have had MRIs of the head which have been normal.

when you said that you can feel slightly off, what does that feel like?
