Strange head pains and Tingling head

i'm a 26 year old female, 5 months ago i started having a tingling on outside of right arm, (feels almost like creepy crawling sensation) this then progressed to tingling on top of head, just off centre left side.

with the tingling i then started to get sharp pains that come and go throughout the day. its a hard pain to describe as its not like a stabbing and it is mild (2/3 out of 10 on pain scale) almost like stinging sharp pain that lasts few seconds then goes, then comes few mins later, and that pattern is continuous.

these pains and head tingling are annoying more than anything. my health anxiety makes this worth as worried about neurological condition. e.g tumor

spoke with doctor last week who prescribed me Amitriptyline so i have been on these for 3 days so far.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced head tingling and pain like this.
