Strange knot back pain and neck pressure front.

Since I have struggled with CFS I have always had this neck/back pain and knot feeling over my right shoulder. If you know me you will see during painful times with CFS I reach over my neck and rub my shoulder on my right side where my traps and neck with my back meet. I feel like theres something there thats bothering me, sometimes if I rub the tendon it makes it hurt so much I back off from touching it. Other times it feels like it forces anxnity to come on. Sometimes if I bend my neck down if feels like my neck muscle is (sticking) like tape. These symtpoms happen before with CFS but recently and suddendly the past few weeks they started up again. I can't pin point what causes it, but its very annoying and feels like I am going to die. It will trigger axnity, tricks my mind into racing me heart but I control it and settle down quickly, when I first had CFS I think this is why I was so confused and got scared easliy.

I was completly fine all winter long, no pains and now just randomly it picked up and I have these weird symtpoms again. Does anyone else experience this? It really scares me but I know its just all somehow connected with CFS and muscle weaknes thats triggering my nerves and axnity.

I forgot to mention, most of my symptoms are clearning up, outside of the past few weeks (2 or so) with neck pain I have been doing better. I still can't work out but 15 minutes in my home, after that my muscles tence up, lock up, can't function, become very weak, feels like a 3 hour work out non stop trainining.

The neck pain is only on one side.

neck pain is common with CFS.. i get it on and off.. seems to come from knowhere and is worse when you get a CFS flare. Pain is usually at top of neck where skull meets neck and radiates down neck and into shoulders.. if more often than not one sided . When it first flares it can last a week or two.. but does eventually settle then you tend to get it foe a few days at a time. Its linked to inflamation in the brain  caused my CFS.. Ive not found anything that really helps it ... though a heat pad does ease it . Painkillers etc do not work for me.  The pain can also go down your entire spine when its at its worst.  Its just part of the syndrome  and you learn to live with it.  Also seems common with POTS which is common inn CFS paients though often goes undiagnosed as people just assume its part os CFS.

I have had that, but this time its worse than before and it scares me to death like I am dying. Last night I had insominia till 4am. It's affecting the way I eat, I forgot to post it in the original post but when I chew sometimes it bothers me on my neck. It just started within the past two days, the rest of the time I didn't have this.
