strange lump/bump on the left side of my Urinary meatus (i think that's what it's called)

so i should start out by saying i'm a 24 year old virgin so as far as i understand thing i should be able to rule out STDs (i hope), so about a week ago i was checking my body in the shower to make sure nothing was wrong and noticed this strange bump on the opening of my Urinary meatus (that what google called it) which i didn't recognize so i decided to leave it because about a year ago i had a case of some pimples on my foreskin which went away on their own. however when i was showering today i decided to check again and saw it was still there and when i tried to google what it could be i got answers ranging from penis pimples to cancer no matter how exact i tried to be with my wording so now i'm wondering if i should go to the doctor about it.

i did take some photos if anyone here has a good eye, but i should add because i was having a hard time taking them when i finally got a usable picture my foreskin was red from being moved so much.

if anyone knows what could be wrong it would be a load off my mind

Hello, I am a urologist in training. Mind if I ask your age, race, any drug use, any smoking? Penile cancer happens to be caused by HPV 90 percent of the time. Other risk factors include smoking , opioid use and extreme hygiene issues(which you don't seem to have)

Also, the glans(head of penis) is a mucosa so it cannot get acne whereas the foreskin has a normal skin/mucosal junction and gets acne from time to time. Even a circumcised man like me gets acne there so don't worry aboujt acne. Cancer doesn't just show up, it usually starts out small and then gets big. Wether I think it's cancer or I think it's not you need to be seen by a doctor

You are in a lower risk group for cancer so I don't think that's it but still. Go see a doctor!
