Strange lumps around vaginal opening.

imageokay. so I just had my second child 4 months ago. both of my children were born vaginally and I tore with both. I'm super guilty of not inspecting myself like I should. its been at least a year or two since I've really looked closely down there. so i don'tknow how new this is. I just don't pay close enough attention to my lady bits. anyways I had an IUD placed 2 months ago by my OBGYN. At that appointment he inspected me and nothing was reported as being abnormal. Of course I don't know if my vagina looked like this two months ago or not. the big issue is that over the last month or so i will at times get a burning feeling after intercourse with my partner. I also have noticed my body is super sensitive and anything out of the normal will cause me to get funky vaginal discharge. I am a registered nurse and i have seen many vaginas and I know first hand that everyone is different. so I'm not trying to worry myself. but I made an appointment for next week to get checked out. I rather be safe than sorry. has anyone else experienced these strange growths? were you diagnosed? if so what with?

Possibly skin tags from vaginal deliveries where you have stretched and maybe torn a little and they often feel like paper cuts during intercourse. Or it may be VP Vestibular papillomatosis ...not an STI by the way. You can have both removed if they are really bothering you.
