Hi, was wondering if yo've had any help on your symptoms? Have experiences exactly same as you... feeling of not being in reality, tired all day, tightness in chest, skipped heartbeat (rarely, maybe once a day), foggy mind etc etc. Been to gp, they recommended exercise more and counselling. What did yours say?

      ho arun thanksfor the reply,

The gp  totally brushed me off  if im honest. But just by dealing with it on my own the following things have helped  me out alot.

exersize- mainy running, bike riding ext things which will improve circulation in your body and strengthen your heart also strecthes help me alot. (aerobic exersize)

diet-im not saying go mad with your diet just eat generally healthy and for example if you eat  something ike a snicker bar and you brain fog increases of your heart rate goes up, then thats your body telling to avoid that food.

as far a the reality thing  which i find the hardest to deal with as i am a car salesman. a few things which have helped  are  to wear sunglasses when  it is sunny and you are in public ( dont know why it helps it just does) and try not to obess about it which is impossible trust me. also have a ook at something called candida hope  you get well - also look into depersonuzation there are forums online which give great advice

ps sorry about the writing being messed  up my keyboard is messed up
