Strange new spot on glans

Hi and sorry for my English, it's not my native language.

My urethra as been a bit swollen and red two weeks ago. After that it goes away but some sort of small lump stays directly right of my urethra. It's hard to describe but it looks like it was pinched a bit and stayed like that ever since. It's not always clearly visible and I don't really know why. I got no other symptoms but I decide to go see my doctors. She says it's nothing she can identify but clearly not worrying. Like some irritation, reaction to a chemical I could have used, something like that. She gave me a cream to use (Terra-cortril + polymyxine B) but that didn't do much.

Now it's still there but like I say, not clearly visible easily. The second picture is more clear but it's sometimes more visible than that.

Any idea or is there really nothing please ?

    it does look like it's an reaction to something.

    Does it become more red after you have had intercourse or ejaculated?

      Not more red but it's more visible with an erection

      just keep on applying the cream and hopefully it will correct itself in time. if you see no changes you maybe best off going back to the doctor to see if they can try something different on you.
