Strange noise

Hi ,

I posted before about my ear problems.

I had ear blocked and had that hissing sound in my ear and I was told I might have infection.

I had 2 weeks of antibiotic eardrops and nothing changed .

I went to GP and was referred to ENT doctor.

On Wednesday I had app and doctor removed /hoovered all the wax which was there and said the ear drum is red around so I got another 2 weeks of antibiotic eardrops.

Now; the difference is that now putting eardrops in my ear I can hear strange sound , like foaming but much louder ; Is it normal thing? I did not have that before my ear was cleaned.
