Strange Pain

I'm a 32 year old male, very healthy, and I've been getting this strange pain about 1 inch inside my anus, on the right hand side, always in the same location. The severity of the pain changes, sometimes it's a very sharp pain that radiates almost like a nerve pain, and some days it will be barely noticable. I thought it could be proctalgia fugax, but from what I read that lasts minutes, not hours like my pain.

I did go to the doctors a week ago, he couldn't feel any bumps or anything strange, he put me on 5 days worth of antibiotics in case of infection, and told me to take movicol, or anything to make bowel movements as smooth as possible. The pain's still there, although not as strong as before. Any ideas what this could be? If I go back to the doctors, I'd like some ideas to talk to him about.

I have no idea what it could be. But, might ask for a Gastrointestinal referral. They could do a colonoscopy to be able to see if there is something going on
