Whenever I have a huge adrenaline rush, it is followed by a quick flash of pain in my stomach/abdomen area. It comes in a big wave and sometimes causes heart palpitations. It only occurs with very sudden adrenaline rushes that could be from excitement, being startled, or anything. Any advice on what could be causing this reaction will be helpful.
