Strange psychological feelings during first week of sertraline

Hi!

I just started sertraline 4 days ago. I had been suffering relatively little side effects (some stomach upset and headaches), until last night. I woke up at 3am, in a massive panic, with a feeling I can only describe as feeling detached from my brain, as if there was someone else in my head? It was extremely disturbing and subsided after about an hour, but is something I have never experienced before. Is this a sertraline side effect that anyone has experienced? I am taking it for anxiety.
