Strange rash

I started with a strange rash at the start of July. Its really itchy and i have incredibly itchy skin all over my body. I have been suffering with stomach pains for months akin to how your stomach feels after a bad case of gastro, sort of bruised is the best way to describe it. I have recently had a scan to check my liver and gallbladder as i have also been having pain under my right ribs. I have really bad fatigue and zero appetite most of the time. I spoke to my dr via video chat about the rash and have a follow up on monday but its obviously difficult for her to see. I've just had a week long course of antibiotics and have been given daktacort cream both of which have done nothing to help. Gp said she would treat it as a possible fungal and bacterial skin infection and see how i get on for 2 weeks before looking at other options and tests. I'm hoping someone has had a similar rash and can point in the direction of what it my be, i cant find any images that match the presentation of this

Thank you for reading

A rash can be caused, directly or indirectly, by a bacterial, viral, or fungal infection. Alternatively, a rash may be unrelated to an infectious organism, such as from an underlying medical illness. Medications, chronic medical conditions, and allergic reactions (hives) are among the multiple different causes of rash
