I had an allergic reaction to something in September that caused me to break out in hives and gave me this mouth rash. After taking prednisone and benadryl the body rash went away but the one in my mouth is still there. My throat isn't sore, but my mouth itches sometimes. How can I make it go away? I'm going to an allergist soon to find out what I'm allergic to.

It is really important that you see your allergist to find out what caused this reaction, because some allergies can be dangerous.
About this rash on the roof of your mouth, I don't know how to get rid of it because I also have the same reaction when I come in contact with dust and dander.
Maybe there is some irritant that you are in constant contact with without noticing it.
