Strange red rash inside lip

imagei have a red rash on the inside of my lips. its currently been 3 days since it has started, and i have noticed that my lips have become extremely dry and burn a little. i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend a week ago. the rash doesnt bother me too much unless i try to brush my teeth. im a bit worried that it could be herpes. i also feel muscle weakness in my legs, but i barely have been eating so that could be something else and i have also been extremely tired

    when i look closely at the rash its like very tiny white spots with the surrounding red
