Strange red spot on neck

hi, I have a question. for a long time, about 2 years I have redness on my neck. sometimes a little stronger red sometimes like this. I do not know what that is. I was at the doctor's, who doesn't know what it is. he thought it was an allergy. but it turned out not to be. i don't have any bodily problems, nor the same similar on the rest of my body. my skin is completely clean everywhere. i feel no pain to the touch or itching. but I just find it weird that it’s always this red. please what could it be

    It may be an old injury that you have completely forgotten about or a patch that has been damaged maybe by a nervous habit eg rubbing or picking at the same point or it could just be a patch that has a slightly different skin structure and thread veins have broken through. Most people get something odd like this somewhere on their skin. You have some other patches nearby which may be connected. Dont worry about it.
