Strange reoccuring chest pain

Posted , 2 users are following.

Around once a week, I get this sharp quick pain in the left part of my chest near the end of the day (around 10-12). This has been going on for at least a month. I’m 17 and don’t smoke or drink. I’m rather fit, but I’ve been meaning to try exercising more. Only thing I can think of is that I need to exercise and eat better, but it’s not like I eat all that bad in the first place.

If its once a week there's nothing to worry about. I'm 25 been getting chest pain for the last 2 years. Your here Becuase you googled left side chest pain. Other wise you wouldn't be here. Google more than likely told you its heart related. Your younger than me I used to smoke 25 fags a day and that had nothing to do with my lungs or heart. I've been checked over 20 times now. I can assure you its muscle or bone or possibly nerv related. Don't make the mistake I did and constantly think about it and worry about it. If you do you will experience more chest pain. I will regardless say get checked out. But again I assure you you'll be fine. Once a week isn't nothing to even go to a doctor about. But how long does the pain last when you get it?

Also if its near the centre can be gas \ acid reflux if diet related. If not diet related may be bones muscle or nerv. If its diet related ingestion can cause real sharp pain Aswell. Had that quite a few times myself
