Hi, about a week ago i started getting little insect bite size lumps coming up on my arms and legs. they come up randomly and pretty quickly in one area and then subside in about 24hrs. usually a cluster of about 4-8 lumps, in the same area. They subside within 24hrs. i did have unprotected sex about 4 weeks ago so thats a bit concerning. they arent red, just skin coloured. They are itchy.

This is what happens to me when i am nervous or in cold or hot weather. If they feel itchy its good because these go away. You also said that they go away on their own.
