Hi,
Can anybody relate to a strange sensation with hems (internal I think as I have both). It feels like something is slipping/dropping out of the anus quite quickly, obviously there's nothing there when checked but the feeling is very real.
Also, a trapped ball of gas/pressure like feeling, like you want to pass wind but can't?
