Strange sensation in my head that is scaring the life out of me.

Firstly I hope this is the right place to postmistress, so sorry in advance if it is wrong.
A few months ago now I started to have a weird physical sensation come over my head. it is rather pain free, 2/10 for pain, but quite unnerving. I have mentioned it to my GP and felt quite dismissed. I will be calling again tomorrow (as of posting this) to try and discuss this further.
I first experienced it a few months back and assumed it was down to the old pair of glasses on an incorrect prescription that were causing the problem, so I booked an eye exam and got an updated pair of glasses. the problem seemed to go away for a few weeks then I started experiencing it again.and in the past week it has been a daily issue. I have tried a few things to try and ease the sensation, paracetamol, staying hydrated, exercise, none seem to help. At the same time, nothing seems to make it worse, which is something.
I am quite an anxious person, so this issues is making my day to day life miserable! constantly scared that there is something serious going on.
Hopefully I can get some answers, but the stress and worry is unbearable!

Hi, Could be coming from your neck , do you get a head ache ,disco lights blockng your vision ect,
