Strange sensations from internal hemorrhoids?

I got told by a nurse I have 'lots' of internal hemorrhoids. I keep getting strange sensations in my anus in the evening, it seems to be most noticeable in the evening after bowel movements made up mostly of small lumps. not sure if that's causing the sensation, it's not itching, it's more of a feeling of something being in there like a lump and tickly/tingly. I wondered if others experienced this? especially hemorrhoids acting up more at night? I keep getting paranoid it's something else as its worse at night but I've already taken meds for other possible culprits. it's just really getting me down as it's uncomfortable and making me paranoid it's other things.

    Hi,

I have suffered with Internal Hemms for around 5 years and I can relate to every word you've said. The symptoms can be strange from tickling/crawling to intense burning. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but it starts to become more noticeable from around 8pm in the evening, the burning is horrific. Mine leak a clear fluid which is what burns, again this starts in the evening and after a BM. In addition to the above I also get a stretching/tugging/ripping sensation, fullness (feels like you want to pass wind) and dampness as well as bleeding. I also suffer from external hemms and in my experience internal are far worse in terms of symptoms.

    They're not much fun!
