Strange sensations in head

Hi, After several visits to the doctors i'm still non the wiser. I am really concerned i have a Problem with my nerves. When I touch/scratch my forehead i feel a sensation go through my head / scalp, really hard to describe though. It seems to be worse when i'm out in the cold. I have had MRI scan done (for something else) but it all came back clear. I also seem to have problems with eyes but yet optician said all is fine. They feel sensitive a lot and i feel like i am always squinting or opening my eyes wide and really struggle to read off bright background, also suffer from migraine. As well as this i suffer from severe lip twitching (one of which has a pattern to it). all this is on going for about 3 years . I need re assurance
