Hi i recently noticed this spot (the bigger one) and was curious to know what it is, its not painful but it is quite 'solid' but has no puss or anything and was wondering if it is a cause for concern at all?

Possibly a large Fordyce gland. If it doesnt hurt or itch or ooze then ignore it.
