strange, strange symptoms

Hello! I don't even know if i'm posting at the correct section of the forum, but anyway from 3 months ago my life changed completely. Basically I'm a new person. I'm 32 years old and 3 months ago I started to feel some stabbing pains in my nose, ears ...both ears, and some stabbing pain behind my nose. I didn't paid to much attention to it because the only last a few seconds and didn't hurt too much. One evening, when I was ready to sleep, my right half of the face became numb...this lasted for about 2 hours, and everything was back to normal. Right after this , in a few days I had a burning sensations in my neck at the right side that was going down to my right arm...suddenly I felt that almost all of my right arm became numb and painful...I was scared and went to ER. They ruled out a stroke, and told me that I need a brain MRI, which was clean. The symptoms evolved:

  • few days then I had some stabbing pain in my right chest just all of a sudden... right under the clavicle bone. this was severe...and came and go for a few hours a day...I was all scared.
  • my facial symptoms faded away in this period
  • one day I was feeling great and took my girlfriend for a ride with the car...When I reached to her house I felt some strange feeling in my arms and feet ...something like itching that was terrible...like an excitation or something that made me feel really bad. This lasted for about 3 days and I can not sleep at all because of it..
  • I had some episodes of nausea
  • then all of a sudden I felt pain in my right side of my neck and right ear...this was a severe pain something like severe tooth ache, that did not respond to any pain killer that I had. it lasted a few hours for several days
  • and then I had severe ache in my left ear....this ache only happend just once.
  • then pains that involved my back ...some strange pain in combination with itching sensation...that;s a strange and a debillitating pain.
  • right I'm dealing with face pain and some shoulder pain...the face pain is atypical. My ears are hurting, but not so much...the pain is dull, I still have some short stabbing pains in my ears, nose, sometimes the upper maxillary. ...I feel like someone is taking my all face and squeeze it power...i feel pain in my cheeks...all these pains are dull, and I can manage them now .

I took and emg test which was good, I've made a cervical mri that shows c5-c6 and c6-c7 annular tears, without involving nerve roots compression. I've made lot of blood tests...showing nothing. I've met severeal neurologists and they don;t have a clue about this...they gave my different treatments....gabapentin, lyrica, antiinflamatory medication...nothing works... some are saying that these are only in my head.... Now I have also anxiety and depression because I;m living with these all pains and strange symptoms from 3 months...I've never had any issue with the anxiety... I don;t know where should I go and should I do to get rid of at least these facial pains that are driving me crazy sometimes... I was thinking that is TN...but doesn't look like, besides of this I had also some other symptoms... I can believe that in 3 months from a healthy, functional guy I became a person that rarely get out of home.

p.s sorry for my english, it is not my native language.

these are the annular tears...doctors are telling me that these are not going to give me face pain...and it is possible to live with this all my entire life without having a surgery.

Get a second opinion. Show your scans to another radiologist and speak to another neurologist. Find one in a different area though. Sorry I can't be any more help but doctors do sometimes get things wrong and the radiologist may have missed something.
