Strange symptoms :/

Hello I am Lu, I'm on my 20's and I take 20mg of citalopram just for context. This happens 3 or 4 times a month when I'm on my period the symptoms are amplified.
Today it happened, I was feeling okay, I was having lunch with some friends when I started to feel down suddenly. I became more quiet, I couldn't focus on the conversation, I was having trouble keeping up with their upbeat mood. I was uninterested in the conversation and started to feel lethargic, disoriented and paranoid.
I'm still in that mood right know, sometimes I feel like small pressure points in my head too and I'm very apathetic.
when I don't have my period I just feel sometimes apathetic and unable to respond too well to anything.
most of the times I feel normal, the meds I take suppress mostly "everything". When I wasn't taking meds I was having multiple panic attacks in the same day. Very paranoid, psychotic sometimes... but now I'm just chilling
But yeah there's still weird symptoms left! 😂
and I don't know what they are nor what I have or any diagnosis.
