Strange symptoms during panic attacks

I've been dealing with panic attacks since about age 13 (I'm 30 now) I was diagnosed with panic disorder a few years later, by then I was experiencing physical symptoms, like passing out or loosing my vision. I've been dealing with it on good meds for the last ten years, and they haven't been nearly as severe. Within the last 3 weeks or so, I'm starting to have physical symptoms along with the attacks that I've never had before. My eyelids twitch, my hands and arms are going numb, and my face becomes kind of stiff and puckered (if that makes any sense). Haven't changed meds or done anything different, but my question is, does anyone else experience these kind of symptoms with panic attacks? I'm worried that it might be symptoms of something else wrong, any insight? (Also wanted to add, I know it sounds a lot like potassium deficiency, but I take a supplement every morning, so I know I'm not deficient.)

DO NOT TAKE POTASSIUM without a doctor's supervision. It is poison. It sounds like you are experiencing a reaction to something you are taking. A reaction to medication can occur suddenly even if you've taken the medication for years. I wouldn't fool around with these symptoms; go to your prescribing Dr. Rule out a reaction to meds. If it is anxiety, the Dr. might change your meds.

Hi abigail,
i wonder if maybe you dont need so much potassium now, how long have been taking it? Can we sometimes have too much of any one vitamin? Ie high levels.
ive had a couple of anxiety attacks but i dont think they are severe, i do have bad anxiety. I get muscle twitches all over, odd numbness tingly feelings too, constant butterflies.
i know some vitamins go through our bodies real fast, and some stop others from being absorbed properly. I take vit bs, magnesium vit d, i wonder if should add calcium too?
all my tests show levels are fine except for d, which is common these days.
its quiet hard, a healthy diet is always important. Good luck i hope you will feel better soon🌷

Anxiety has a huge list of physical symptoms that can manifest at any time.
I found that every now and again a new symptom would appear and once i had managed to get through that another would appear.
So the underlying anxiety shows its still there.
I would have a word with your GP as they may want to reaccess you.
Seeings you have had this for some years.. your body and tolerance may be changing.
Hope you feel something like soon.
The new symptoms are classic of anxiety so try not to panic and do some coping skills.
