Strange symptoms not sure if something serious

Hello, just after some reassurance and advice. Ive noticed I sometimes get an odd "full" feeling like i need to use the toilet but when i try Im unsuccessful. This feeling comes and goes. I also seem to have hunger pains not long after eating a meal, say 1-2 hours later. when i do use the toilet, my stool is normal and i haven't noticed any obvious changes.

I worry that something serious is going on however am not sure if this is just my health anxiety playing up.

i have a doctor appointment soon to discuss this with a doctor but just wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms.

    Sounds possibly like you could have IBS and maybe gastritis. Do you get indigestion or acid reflux?

      I had a bit if burning in my throat that come and went a few months ago and occassionally get a burning sensation in my stomach so yeah maybe.

      Is that full bowel feeling common in IBS? i wasnt sure if IBS can come on like this if ive never had it before?

      the full feeling then hunger pang sensation could be gastritis, you would need a gastrostomy to find out. They should also test for h pylori.
