I had anxiety at least 5 years, and after last panic attack, i had strange feeling like my tongue is not moving normally, looks like some letter hard to pronounce, ofc all the time i am thinking about it and it makes me to worry more . For a long time i am thinking that i have MS/ALS, because i have more strange symptoms like, weakness in my shoulders, in legs, blurry vision, dizziness.... i visit a lot of neurologists, i made a lot MRI tests and nothing help me become more calm.....so i would like to ask or anyone else had this symptom with tongue, speech? Thank you for the answers

anxiety can also cause your tongue to feel that way. Anxiety can cause hundreds of different sensations that are not serious. try not to focus on it because that will make it worse. Anxiety can also cause weakness, blurry vision, dizziness,. I’ve had them all when I was in my 20s and nothing ever came of it. My testing was all normal. So the only thing left was that they were caused by anxiety and stress. Because I am now in my 60s and I’m doing well. Have you ever had any counseling for anxiety? If not that might be a good idea because they can help you manage this. Take care

Speaking and swallowing problems can be caused by anxiety - specifically from tension in the jaw and the lower neck. Have you tried seeing if you are tight there and if you are, gentle massage? That helps me.
