Strange two bumps on penis. No noticeable signs of STI

I'm a male who's 28 years old and I've been sexually

active with only one person for several months. Within the last day or two I've noticed these 2 small sore on the shaft of my penis, just below the tip. Not very painful but the sensation reminds of chafing on my inner thigh from tight underwear. There's only pain or discomfort when i touch or if any clothing touches it. Can anyone advise? image
