Strange urinary problem

I suffer to strange urinary problem since 5 years and it going worst year after year. It begins by a urgent urge to urinate really often. After, i begin to urinate black peace of blood and sometime tissue. My urest begin to be pained. My urest begin to be block by tissue. Urologist have to pass a scope because i was totally blocked and i could not urinate. Urologist past me a ton of test (urinary bilan, cystoscopy, echo, rx, citi-scan). They found that i have a vesicle seminal full of calcium. They check for my parathyroide, diabete, blood anomalie, sexually transmitted disease, infections and everything was ok. Two years past, and my symptom begins to be worst. I continue to urinate more often. (I don't drink thing who makes it worst) Since 2 years, echo said my bladder was anormal and pee stays in my bladder. I begin to do urinary infection. I have pained inside rectum (internal hemoroid) and coccyx pained to. Gastro said i have a SIBO and he treats me with antibiotic. I got constipation that i can get rid off with everything i try. When i go to do a number 2 after the pained inside rectum going worst. Urologist try to gave me a lot of medication for pain and urinary problems but it does not worked well. Urinary bilan said that i have a small capacity of bladder. Last echo said that my bladder is anormal and my prostate has a bump. Another weird symptom; i got a big erection who could last couple of hours the night. Often, i get really cold and it takes a heater or a really hot shower to don't fell the frost. I have testicle pain. I have try physio for pelvis, ostéo, hypnosis, meditation, accupuncture cranberry, and a lot of natural things. I have try many infiltrations for nerves (pudental) and the it works for approximatly 1 month. They have try to treat me with cannabis but it dos not work really well. The pained get me insomniac. I could not continue to work with a miserable 2 hours of sleep or nothing per night and i was like a zombie who goes to pee to many times. This situation getting me depress and anxious. I saw many urologist who could not help me and many other specialist who could not help me. My energy is really low. When i put freeze on my butt sometime pained going down and when i put heat nerves conduction are better. Accupuncture help me but it last 1 day. I have to sit my ass on a air bubble cushion since 4 years to try to not getting more pain of my coccyx. I ask for a surgery for the coccyx or inside the ass where i get a lot of inside hemoroid but they don't want. I must see another urologist in a couple of month.

My last option his to going to see another urologist and maybe a gastro in a country who is more specialized.
