Stress Echo Anxiet

I have been having heart palpitations, shortness of breath, tight chest, slight chest/arm pain, fatigue for years also have weird pinching sensations in my neck often. Oct 2018 I had a Nuclear stress test which came out fine. Just recently I went to hospital again for severe palpitations and was sent for a stress echocardiogram. My family doctor called me to tell my my results were abnormal. He didn't give me much information just stated that there was markers on the echo and the ECG also stating there was reduced blood flow to heart. I haven't had a follow up with Cardiologist yet and have been having severe anxiety awaiting the results. If anyone has some positive stories to share or can enlighten me with something other than CAD. I'm a 41 yr old female and I do live a very stressful life.
Also to add, I was wearing a fabric mask for the entire test and felt like it was impeding my breathing as well as have been vaping (yes I know stupid and a risk factor for HD but don't want to go back to cigarettes) and vaped quite a bit before my test. During stress test my BP was fine from what I saw i think it started at 110/70 and at 12min it was 190/70. HR was around 177bpm.
