Stress from coworker

God I cannot deal w/coworker. in a semi-private office, I have to listen to her talk to herself, talk on speaker phone, smell her overwhelming odorous food, and listen to her scarf down breakfast, snack, and lunch daily.

when i say something, it just gets worse. I swear she is trying to bug the crap out of me. she must hate me. no respect. UGH, I feel like screaming!

Just accept that thats how she is.

Get on with her whilst you are at work for the sake of workplace harmony, after that your paths dont need to cross.

    Hi dear

I have the same problem as well, I have someone I work with. We don't talk to each other it's been month now. I've made peace with that. Coz if someone is a devil just leave a person and connect with those people who appreciate you. Stay strong🌹

I totally feel your pain. I couldn’t stand my “assistant” manager. Everything she did it made me mad. Her voice, the way she thought everything was always a competion, her kissing butt to the upper management. She would even wear axe. Terrible. I finally left that job due to my anxiety and health issues but I’m so glad I don’t have to be around her or the toxic work environment! Ignoring her can only work for limited time, if things get worse maybe try to find something better!

    Good luck.

Thanks, it sounds like you really understand! I actually spoke with management this morning. Something needs to be done about the food specifically. I also brought in headphones, which my supervisor approves of. I guess listening to music all day will help a bit. She has already bothered me a few times with trivial crap, telling me about a meeting she has to go to. I don't care. Does not involve me.

Hopefully, she will back off if I keep the headphones on whenever possible!

Nope. Not accepting it. Spoke with management (her manager; different than my supervisor). The eating in the office ends today; thank goodness!
