Stress incontinence

Hi. New to this site. Suffered since 3rd child who is now 14. It's so much worse now. Tried tablets but didn't help. Had sessions with physio, little difference so sent to hospital for tests a year ago to specialist doctor. He was horrible, condescending saying I hadn't been doing pelvic floor exercises( which I had) sent me away for another appointment in 6 weeks. Didn't dare go back. However it's so bad now that I will have to go through Dr, physio and hospital again. Hoping it's another doctor but more confident now to not let him belittle me. I've brought some pelvic balls. Tried a few times but they just start to come out and uncomfortable but will persist. Any advice would be welcome please..

Have your tried kegal exercises as well for urine control. I know the kegals bring some relief to those who have incontininence.  Also what do you wear to protect yourself from incontinence? Best Wishes to you.

I am sorry to hear your doctor wasn't much use. I would ask to be refered to a urologist. They were great for me.

Hi, for me too it's going to get worse. Have you done all the urologic tests to understand the cause? That helped me at the beginning.
