Stress leave from work!

I’m going to my primary today , am I’m unsure how to start off the conversation for him to write me out for a few weeks. Any suggestions?

    you have first to clear your mind, you have to be all ready. once you are ok and set, then decide to go out on park/dinner in pdr that only two of you(can anyone can go home straight) . I do not suggest in one of your house(difficult to be decided in separate ways) that's start the conversation straight forward.

      I’m sorry when I said primary I meant my primary physician he’ll be the one that approve my stress leave from work, I told my partner as soon as I got my results

    You just be honest tell him or her how you are really feeling. It effects us in different ways. I wish I was working to help me keep my mind on my life. You are very lucky that your partner is still with you. I can't say that he gave it to me and dumped me!! Take it one day at a time

      I’m sorry your going thru this it’s definitely a hard thing,work right now is so hectic I feel like I haven’t even given my self time to cope and then I keep hearing don’t stress it makes it worse but at work all I do is stress, I’ve been even having nightmares. I’m not sure if my partner gave it to me he hasn’t gotten tested yet... message me if u ever need a ear

      I am doing good on this virus. Take my meds everyday. I have family problems to top it off. What I have read and told that stress does make out breaks worse. So trying to stay away from the family problem. I am here if you need a sounding board

      What do you take daily?? My doctor just gave me valeted but not a continuing order, I want a suppressant.
