Stress.... lots of stress help.... heart problems and other symptoms help

ive gone through alot this past year... 1. my brother beating me up cause he was on meth and i almost died and now have PTSD plus after i got covid.... i had a lung collapse and surgery on wrist when my brother put me in ER and then my bf .. got hooked on meth... and i put up with it for a year.. my body feels way too stressed ... i had bloodwork and they checked my thyroid .. labs were normal but waiting on US of my thyroid and then ill do echo and stress test... i get dizzy... off balance at times.. pins in needles on my body and face .. palpitations.. difficult breathing... fatigue ... weak .. and i gwt this ugly feeling in my chest... like a panic feeling that dont go away ... sharp pains in my head .. im so stressed and think the worse ... im scares i have heart failure cause my heart pounds ... like i cant even lift weights and do small things like playing ball with kids cause i get weak and out of breath and ny heart pounds for smalls things... but not like anxiety .. it feels different .. im scared im gonna have a stroke or HA... idk i cut people out of my life but i always feel bad for people and try and help everybody but me ... im always panicking and my head never stops runnibg... they chekced my cortisol levels and were normal bht she told me its hard to get a good reading on those levels ... anybody else feel this way plz lmk... i need reaasurance ... and yes im going to cardiologist.. i should get thyroid results back tomrw and then theyre sending me to cardiologist ... plz help! anybody else feel pounding heart when doinf exercise ?
