Once again.. pain
This time it's in my lower abdomen where I'd think my ovaries are.. burning.. bubbling.. moves to right side too.. from side to side.. feel nauseated.. my sides and lower back hurt too.. I'm not sure if that's related though..
This type of pain has happened before and was most likely built up gas but I'm scared it's my apendics which is making the pain worse as I'm getting stressed about it, it feels like period pain but with bubbling feeling.. it hurts like hell
All I've eaten today is a chicken roll, tuna mayo pasta and water.
None of these are triggers accept occasionally pastas but only when I eat large amounts which I did not.
So I don't think it's food related but I'm trying to justify the reason why this pain IS my ibs and NOT appendicitis but my mind is so weak I'm struggling to not have a panic attack .. so my symptoms are
Burning , bubbling , full period like pain, coldness feeling of back middle (above hips below rib cage ) and aching pain lower back just above tail bone either side of the spine , and nausea and wind

If you are eating a roll - wheat can be bad for ibs
I don't think it is your appendics but go see the chemist
I thought if it was appendisitis it would only be on the right side
Take care

The best advice I can give is to accept your IBS and don't worry. Diagnosis acceptance can be hard but once you have learned to accept your condition, you will start to improve. Your anxiety will be causing your IBS to flare up. All your symptoms are your IBS. You have been diagnosed with IBS; trust your doctor. Keep telling yourself this every time your symptoms start and you feel your panic rising. Doctors do not routinely misdiagnose patients.
I can relate to all your symptoms. I had all your fears for three and a half months while waiting for a diagnosis when no one could help. As soon as I got my IBS diagnosis, my panic disappeared, my symptoms got better, responded to treatment and I learned how to control my flare ups. If I get stressed and my stomach pain starts, I take my Buscopan and Nurofen straight away and I continue taking the medication until the flare up has gone.
Persevere with distraction techniques. All these things are the best plan of attack when you have IBS. Maybe ask your doctor for a stronger anxiety medication since you said before that your anti anxiety pills are not helping much. Getting your anxiety under control will make a huge difference for you.

Thanks. I got IBS due to stress and I now try to eliminate or at least reduce it as much as possible to avoid a huge flare up which can be very unpleasant. Being constantly anxious when I was younger didn't affect me too much but when you get older, your body has a harder time coping with it and your resistance to stress related conditions isn't as good.
