Stressed, anxiety

So hello everyone. Just wanna update that I got an MRI and they said everything looked normal, my headaches aren't as bad. I just have a few questions with people who deal with anxiety. I've been having "muscle twitching" or we can call it, muscle spasms, or a popping/heartbeat sensations all over my body. Legs, arms, stomach, my face, my chin, my cheek and my butt as well. (Supposedly it's related to anxiety) I have one question do any of you ever have these muscle twitches especially in the face? Because I get them even when I don't feel anxious and sometimes they are VERY strong. It scares me ?? I read about how people can have "seizures" but be fully conscious, also ready about how it could be cause of a nerve damage or clot that connects to the brain. I hope someone can reassure me that it's all due to anxiety and that they've experienced this before. I'd also like to note that I had it for 2/3 weeks it went away for about almost 2 weeks and now it's back! Please get back to me! Thank you in advance!!

Yup totally normal part of anxiety. I use to get them so bad i couldn't sleep, they would wake me up. I get them on my chest, legs and eyes. Twitching, spasms, tremors, tingling and numbing sensations. Try meditation and herbals. The more you relax and stop worrying about and accept that is all anxiety the better you will feel and they will go away.
