i was told i keep on stretching, especially my right arm, while im asleep. im told that my foot (not the whole leg) shakes uncontrollable for like 10-20 seconds. quite often. when im deep asleep only. my whole face is twitching as well. i dont have restless leg syndrome. i dont have any other disorder.
could these be some type of seizures? or what could it be?
