String-like cord under penis skin?

Posted , 4 users are following.

A while ago (like a few years ago?) I noticed a guitar string-like cord underneath my penis under the skin of the shaft. It doesn’t seem normal, but it isn’t painful or swollen. Just a thin, strong, flexible cord that extends about 1 1/2 inches when erect.

Not sure what it is or what caused it. I think it may be the reason my penis curves a little to the left. It gets tight before the skin of my shaft gets tight. If I could post a picture I would. Does that make sense? Anyone know what it is, what causes it to form, and how to treat it?

It sounds like you are talking about your frenulum. It's a normal part of the penis and nothing to worry about. Google it and you should see if it is similar to what you have.

The frenulum doesn’t go all the way down the shaft to the base of the penis (not centered either), does it? My frenulum isn’t attached to this string-like cord. Also, the cord is much stronger than my frenulum. I’ll look up frenulum on google and see if any results match what I have

When you have opened the reply box there are 4 icons to the far right of your name. Click on the far right icon (meant to depict a sun over mountains, I think) and take it from there.

Hi! I saw your other post with photos and mine is exactly the same way. It's basically how it should be. No worries :-)
