This pain pulls me up short and only lasts less that ten seconds and a few minutes between events. It is in a foot which was injured when I was a teen and the bone in the middle has swollen in recent years. The pain is on the top behind the knuckle and seemingly below the large tendon there.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
