So I'm one of these that love salads and rolls etc but I have to have salad cream or mayo with it. Has anyone got any ideas what I can have as I had salad last night and I really didn't enjoy it at all as had no sauce. Please help also what can I have as in place of butter as I don't like cheese only laughing cow or Philli x

    ive just had a few sprays of frylight and mixed it with vinegar.salt pepper and curry powder.not too was delicious.mayo and salad cream was my thing until i realized the crap in it going to make mine as its easy.experiment without the fat and sugar content.

    Hi, you can get lots of salad dressings that are low fat. I'm like you can eat salad all day long as long as there is dressing on it.

    You can get the flora extra light - purple packaging that's within and great as occasionally I miss toast smile

    better than ever.i was wasnt boring at all.had vine tomatoes,crispy lettuce,i put juice out of tin tomatoes in as well,salt ,pepper.yum yum sald cream and mayo went inthe never going back to them !!!

    Mayo was one of my vices i wouldn't touch it now. I use Sainsbur's BGTY non fat Fromage Frais on my salads with sweet Chili sauce from Blue Dragon yes i know Yogurt may not be everyones thing but believe me it is nicer than mayo plus you add can add spices to it. I make Homemade Houmous aswell.

    Balsamic Vinegar

    Hot Sauce

    Hellamsn lighter than light (probably tastes like plastic) but you might like it.

    lemon juice
