Anyone find they felt worse until they increased dose
I'm not doing too good and am wondering if an increase is what I need as I switched over from citalopram and my therapeutic dose was 20mg and im on a low dose 50mg of sertraline x
I'm feeling more and more defeated and down and my anxiety is crazy!

I truly feel that an increase would be worth a try Potato! I feel as watching your posts that the 50mg is just possibly not your 'dose'. In the past when I was in this situation, I worried so much that it was going to make me feel worse, and pushing it off so long that I developed a fear which made it that much harder to get better. I think you should just take it head on and go for it! Remember if for any reason it doesn't work you can always go back down or switch, just keep in close contact with your doctor, let them know exactly how you feel. Also, if you don't have any benzo's to help get you through an increase tell your doctor that you are going to need some just in case, just to keep your anxiety at bay some and let the zoloft work. I know that you are struggling right now, but keep thinking long term, you will find that sweet spot (right dose/right med) and you will feel better, I'm sure of it!

thank you grounded. I seem to be getting worse on 50mg so dont think it's my dose.
I have managed to convince myself that I'm going crazy and that theres something wrong with me and I'm gonna be sectioned.
I've got myself so worked up about it that I've been a right mess the past few hours. rang the doctor and he was no help at all. x
