Struggling to find diagnosis

Hi,
I am a 22 year old female who has been suffering from a variety of disabling and disconcerting symptoms for the past six months.
I am constantly tired mentally and have nonrestorative sleep (normal sleep study result).
I am also physically fatigued, although the severity waivers. Some days I am able to exercise well (within the perimeters of my other symptoms) and other days my arms and legs will feel like lead.
Along with the fatigue, vision and cognitive problems have become the most disabling. I noticed a definite change in my vision near the onset of some other symptoms. There was a sharp increase in floaters and increased blurry vision. I also have trouble focusing my vision, noticeable when readingĀ especially. I have sensitivity to light and what I might describe as heat wave like distortion of my peripheral vision. I feel like I have less clarity of thought and am much less sharp. I find it hard to keep track of my surroundings and feel like I am a beat behind.
I have lots of pressure in my head but not explicit pain.
I have also had IBS type symptoms in the past, but with the onset of new symptoms have experienced excessive burping and bloat.
Have been to a multitude of doctors and specialists without result.
All test seem to comeback normal.
Any advice on finding a diagnosis?
Or anyone who has had similar symptoms?

There are a number of life changing autoimmune conditions that can be very difficult to be diagnosed despite having the same tests run from bloods etc.
For me I had so many years of being tested and then after around a couple of years of constant bloods being tested I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune condition "Sjogrens syndrome". Then after more tests I was told I also had Rheumatoid Disease.
Easier said than done I know but just keep going back to your GP as well as walk-in centres and be put through more and more tests as I'm certain a diagnoses will be made in order for you to be placed upon the right care plan but be prepared for spiral off other hiccups to follow ( fingers crossed no more hiccups)
