which isn't helping . I can't eat salad , veggies , red meat , .

What are you eating after removal ? I'm mostly eating sweet potato

mash with a forkful of fish !I'm so fed up of it, any ideas anyone ?

I'm always hungry .

I eat a high fiber protein bar or a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a pretty normal dinner (smaller portions though).   I just make everything low fat, buy the leanest meat possible  (we eat a lot of chicken and fish).   For snacks, I eat low fat, low carb, high protein Greek Yogurt.   I also take probiotics and digestive enzymes with dinner which has really helped me digest the food.

It will get better. I felt bloated and a bit off still for a while. Then at seven to eight weeks I just felt perfectly back to normal! Try to eat small and often. I found soups good. And digestive biscuits. And then just started to try to eat normally but smaller portions. After the eight weeks I have found I can eat pretty much anything as long as I don’t eat too much.

    Good luck. X

I have not yet even discovered what I can and cannot have. however, im thinking that a balance of a meal in very small portion -frequent may help. For example, I log my food into MY FITNESS PAL..and have 1/3 old fashion oatmeal, I1 tsp coconut old, 1 tsp flax seed, 1tsp chia seed, 1 tsp of wheatgerm, and 1 tsp protein shake,,,,3 egg whites (cooked separately in light spray) . at 10am today.

just make broth with 3 oz turkey breast, 1 tsp.coconut old, 1 cup spinach 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of shredded carrots.  that was at 1;45pm today. Shower.. also I have been drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vin with 8 oz water before these two meals... to help.

so we will see... I would start tracking if I were you. Its a good idea to track so you can tell what you are deficient in. Good luck!

I suffer badly with IBS too and can't eat soup , no seeds because of diverticulitis.

High fibre is out too because of the IBS . I've got some chicken for tomorrow

so fingers crossed ! My diet is so restricted. I do take a probiotic .

I feel like I want dry light foods , trouble is I can't think of anything.
