I've had gilberts syndrome my whole life, I'm in college and the fatigue is getting the best of me currently very jaundiced and I'm struggling to study and focus, does anybody have any advice for treating these issues?

Try Vitamin D supplement - either patches or tablets. Also Vitamin B12 patches can help enormously with fatigue. The patches come in different strengths, so you can experiment with what suits you best. If you are in the UK they can be bought relatively cheaply on Ebay or the internet. I have Gilbert's Syndrome and find that these are both helpful, so I don't have a fatigue problem. I use Vit D all the time & Vit B12 whenever necessary.

I hope this is helpful. Good luck!

I have TONS for you. Haha. I have had GS for many years. And went thru college with it about 10 years ago. I figured out certain natural supplements work really well to help with fatigue and yellowing. Let me know if I can help!

Why post at all if you're not going to give the advice? Obviously OP wants to hear it since he made the topic.
