Stubborn plantar wart

I have had a very painful plantars wart on the bottom of my foot for about 10 years. I’d really like to have surgery to get it removed but i don’t know where to get it done. Please help. I am at the end of my rope.

     Dermatologists might be a better choice. Podiatrists and family physicians also help but before scheduling, ask if they treat plantar warts.

      I have had laser treatment done multiple times by a podiatrist and have went to a dermatologist. They are all reluctant to remove it surgically because it is a significant size approx. 3cm diameter but that is what i really want is the surgery. I just don’t know where to go to get it
