you’re going to be OK and all of those sensations you get from anxiety are not harmful but I know how scary they can feel. You’re not going to die from them.
The sensations are mostly due to the release of adrenaline during anxiety.
Have you ever considered getting some counseling for the anxiety?
you can learn how to manage it much better so you feel better.
when you run away from the panic, does it make you feel worse or better? get that support! Take care

Believe me, I know what you are talking about. I have been through this and I know that it becomes a habit. it becomes a habit because we keep repeating the same thing over and over. But you can learn to break the habit but you have to take baby steps one day at a time. And staying in counseling is important. Counseling does not cure it, it helps to teach you what to do.
when you run away from the anxiety, it sends a message to your brain that something is wrong so more adrenaline is released. That’s why it’s important for you to learn how to deal with it. sorry you are going through this and I know how frustrating it can be. One day at a time.
Take care of you
